Hi, I’m Arlet! Founder and CEO of Smile & Health.
After over 20 years working to improve access to oral healthcare, I’ve seen firsthand that sustainable change doesn’t come from one side alone. It requires collaboration between providers, communities, and systems that are built to support both.
That’s why I created Smile & Health: to connect the dots between care delivery, education, leadership, and equity. Through mentorship, CE programs, consulting, and tech-forward solutions, we empower clinics and providers to not only survive, but thrive.
Our Impact
We are transforming oral healthcare by supporting all stakeholders, not just dental clinics. Our work reaches beyond the dental chair to strengthen operations, empower communities, and develop leaders.
Educational Initiatives
